Pastor Joanne Nagele

I was Ordained into the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on February 22, 1981. I grew up on a farm west of Le Roy, MN and, since farming was my beginning point, I wanted to remain with people who knew about our northern plains ways of thinking and doing things. My years as a Pastor have all been in South Dakota. My first Call was to Frederick Lutheran Parish – St. Paul’s and Savo Lutheran Churches. My next Calls were to Our Savior’s in Wessington Springs; St. John, Warner; Interim at Oldham Lutheran, Oldham and St. John Lutheran, rural Romana, Parish. I began my ministry at Our Savior’s Huron in June, 2017. I am honored to be the Pastor at Our Savior’s and it is a joy to get to know you and work with all of you.
